MEET THE MATCHMAKER

Your information stays personal.

Matchmaker uses your phone number, age eligibility, stated preferences, conversational evidence, availability, consent and date outcomes to deliver its matchmaking service. Inferences are stored separately from explicit facts and may be uncertain. You can correct your record.

Telnyx handles calls and messages, OpenAI processes limited conversational evidence, Stripe processes payments, and our hosting and email providers support service delivery. We do not store payment-card details. We do not sell member profiles.

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not share your opt-in to our SMS program with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the Matchmaker messaging service. Service providers such as messaging platforms and phone companies may process mobile information and consent status only as necessary to deliver those messages.

We retain transcripts for 30 days by default. Necessary consent, transaction, safety and audit records can remain longer. Access is restricted. Sponsor venues receive aggregate reports, never private profiles or individual romantic feedback.

Request access, correction, export or deletion through your account or hello@meetthematchmaker.com. Deletion may be limited by transaction, safety or legal retention needs. We explain any retained categories. Version 1.1.
